Each independently owned Driver / Personal Concierge contracts thru us with many restaurants in your neighborhood, so that you can be ensured the most variety when looking for delivery of restaurant prepared meals to you at your hotel, office, hospital or airport. You don't have to settle for "just pizza" anymore – you have choices! As a partner with your favorite local restaurants, HOTELVIP.NET provides the: Marketing (Web Sites, Online Menu Books, etc) Order Taking (Call Center Customer Service Reps and/or Internet) Delivery (Drivers and Dispatch Operations). The local Restaurants / Company prepares the quality food and items you love for us to pick up and deliver to you. So, all you do is order on the internet (or give a call, where available), sit back and relax, and we take care of the rest!
When are you open?
EachDriver is independently owned and has its own hours of operation. Typically, HOTELVIP.NET will be open every day of the week for Day, Evening, & Night Delivery (Depending on Availibility).
What does it cost?
The Normal fee for food delivery only is between $10.00 for delivery price, depending on restaurant total order price and form of payment.. Most of our customers are repeat, loyal customers who value convenience for a small delivery fee, when compared to the hassles of driving to the restaurant, checking and picking up their meals, and driving back! The price for our Personal Concierge Service is based on the services required and time allotment purchased.
What about a tip for the delivery driver / Personal Concierge?
Consider your Driver a "Mobile Waiter." While Drivers do receive a portion of the delivery fee to cover their car expenses, the majority of their net earnings comes from your tips. They work hard to serve you best. A gratuity comparable to what you would tip inside a restaurant is very much appreciated! Our Personal Concierge Personnel will recieve an hourly rate from us but hopes to show your personal customer service that deserves some gratuity in return.
Which restaurants can I order from?
Restaurants are available according to your delivery area, so that the highest food quality and reasonable delivery time is ensured. You can order from the restaurants shown on the website or call our customer service representative for specifics on restaurants, groceries and businesses available that we service with.
What is the minimum order?
Depending on Takeout and location for you will determine our own minimum food order. Typically, the minimum food order is around $10, but may be higher when more business groups are served. This total does include delivery fee, and sales tax, but not gratuity. This is for food delivery only. (Does not apply to grocery delivery or our Personal Concierge Service)
How long does it take for delivery?
Generally, it takes about 45- 60 minutes for delivery for most Hotel Dinner deliveries, while most Business deliveries are scheduled on various reservation time basis. Of course, even our best estimates of delivery time are dependent on food preparation times at the restaurant, time of day, distance to travel, weather conditions and size of order. Particularly for large luncheon orders, it is best to call in advance – even a day ahead – to ensure your meals are delivered when needed if possible.
Is everything available from the restaurant?
Some items may not be available for delivery because of their limited availability or because they do not travel well.
What about drinks?
Each delivery service normally offers soda and other drinks from their house menu.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been started by the restaurant it can not be cancelled, since HOTELVIP.NET has committed to buy the food for you at the restaurant.
